These terms govern your use of the ScrollXXX website and its installed web app, whether you browse as a guest or use an account. “ScrollXXX,” “we” and “us” refer to the service operator. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Adult access
ScrollXXX is exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 and meet any higher age requirement that applies where you access the service. Do not use ScrollXXX where accessing adult material is unlawful. You are responsible for checking the requirements that apply to you and for keeping minors from accessing the service through your account or device.
Do not misrepresent your age or bypass age checks, access restrictions or other safeguards. Our performer-age and record-keeping policy provides additional information about content compliance.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information when creating or managing an account, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You remain responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
You may use the available features for lawful personal use. You must not:
harass, threaten, impersonate or exploit another person, or expose their private information without authorization;
upload malware, attack the service, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with another user’s experience;
evade moderation, account restrictions, rate limits or technical access controls; or
scrape, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit the service or its content without the permissions required from us and the relevant rights holders.
3. Content rights and consent
Only submit or import material you own or have permission to use through this service. Every real person depicted in submitted adult content must have been at least 18 when it was created and must have consented to its creation and the use you are authorizing. A public link alone does not establish permission.
Content involving minors, sexual exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual impersonations made without the depicted person’s consent is prohibited. Do not submit unlawful material or content that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us only the non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, transcode, deliver and review it to operate the features you request, including through service providers. This permission does not turn private media into public feed content or transfer ownership to us.
Viewing, saving a link or using an available download control does not grant ownership or permission to republish a video. Respect the rights holder’s permissions and any applicable source terms.
4. Private uploads, imports and local folders
Account uploads and imports are stored for playback in your personal feed, subject to the limits and retention information shown in the feature. Other members cannot browse that private library through ScrollXXX. Administrators may access stored videos and operational metadata for moderation, compliance and support; “private” does not mean inaccessible to administrators.
The local-folder feature is different: it reads files from your device through browser permission and does not upload those files as part of local playback. Browser permissions and temporary links can end when you close or refresh the page.
Keep your own copies of important files. ScrollXXX is not a backup service. Availability can end because of deletion, retention limits, a source becoming unavailable, moderation or service changes. See the FAQ and current account controls for feature details.
5. Third-party content, links and advertising
The feed may include third-party videos, embeds, source links and sponsored content. External providers control their own websites, content and availability. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services. An item’s appearance on ScrollXXX is not an endorsement or a guarantee of accuracy, rights clearance or safety.
Use the report controls if you encounter a problem. Labels, recommendations and automated classifications may contain errors and do not replace your judgment or the rights and consent requirements above.
6. Free access, paid features and subscriptions
Feature availability may depend on the current offer, account status or a temporary test. Free access to a feature during testing does not promise permanent free access and does not itself authorize a charge.
If you choose a paid offer, review its price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Those offer-specific terms and any payment provider’s applicable terms govern that purchase, subject to your mandatory consumer rights. A recurring charge requires your agreement to the applicable subscription offer.
For a subscription purchased through an external provider, manage billing and cancellation with that provider. Disconnecting a linked account or uninstalling the web app is not a cancellation request. If you need help identifying a charge, cancellation route or refund process, contact support. Nothing here removes a refund or cancellation right that applicable law gives you.
7. Privacy and device storage
Using ScrollXXX can involve account information, operational records, browser-stored preferences and usage measurements. The Privacy & safety section of the FAQ describes current feature behavior and tracking controls. You can direct privacy and account requests to support.
Authorized administrators can review existing account details, membership status, account-visit dates and saved-video totals for account management and to consider potential future Premium offers. Anonymous feature-usage records remain separate from individual accounts. Email verification does not itself record permission for promotional email. See the FAQ for the account information shown in the dashboard.
Clearing browser storage, using private browsing or changing devices can reset local preferences, reminders and viewing history. Installing the web app does not remove the service’s data processing or the need to protect access to your device. These terms are not a substitute for privacy information provided for a particular feature.
8. Reports, removal and account restrictions
Use the report button attached to a video for age, consent, privacy or other content concerns. Copyright owners and authorized representatives can use the DMCA / Copyright notice page. Provide enough information to identify the material and explain the concern, and do not knowingly submit a false report.
We may review reports, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect people or the service, or comply with legal obligations. Accounts associated with repeated copyright infringement may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
If you believe a restriction or removal was mistaken, contact support with the relevant item or account details. Do not send passwords or copies of suspected illegal material.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the feed usable, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free playback, permanent storage or the continued availability of a particular source or feature. Network conditions, browser behavior and third-party services can affect the experience.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service or another appropriate channel, and we will request additional agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
If you no longer agree to the terms, stop using the service. Handle any active subscription separately through the provider that bills you.
