Adults only
ScrollXXX is intended exclusively for adults. No person under 18 may use the service, submit content, or appear in content submitted through the service. Content suspected to involve a minor must be reported immediately using the report control or contact form.
Third-party public content
ScrollXXX does not film, commission, or arrange the participation of performers in the public third-party videos indexed, linked, or embedded through the service. Those depictions originate from independent third-party websites and producers. The original producer or publisher is responsible for maintaining any performer-identification records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A. A Source link is provided with public feed items to identify the originating page.
To the extent ScrollXXX’s activity for particular third-party material is limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, or an internet information-location function without arranging performer participation, ScrollXXX relies on the applicable statutory treatment of those activities. This policy does not replace a statement supplied by an original producer.
User-imported videos
Premium members may submit individual TikTok video links or upload short videos for private playback in their own ScrollXXX feed. Before an import or upload is accepted, the submitting member must affirm that:
- every person depicted is at least 18 years old;
- the member owns the video or has permission to submit it; and
- the content is lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.
These representations are recorded with the video’s operational metadata. They are not a substitute for records an original producer may be legally required to maintain. ScrollXXX administrators may review submitted files and metadata for compliance and moderation.
Content produced by ScrollXXX
ScrollXXX does not currently represent that it is the primary producer of the third-party feed content described above. If ScrollXXX directly produces or commissions covered content, the applicable page or depiction will carry the legally required statement identifying the records custodian and location. ScrollXXX will maintain any records legally required for content it directly produces.
